Dance requires expression, choreography and performance with or without music. Precise movements at the correct time and with proper utilization of space is necessary. A skillful dancer, masters the art of precise movement of various body parts like head, eyes, neck, hands, feet and body. Soul of a dance is in the communication of multitude of fleeting emotions by facial expressions, body movements and variety of gestures. Fine and gross motor movements must be synchronized with the beat and mood of music. At Taal school of dance we teach movement, musical concepts, expressions, choreography and much more. We have a well defined curriculum. We allow the students to take initiative and assist them in developing other aspects of their personality.
Whether classical or any other dance form, over a period students understand and grasp multiple aspects of dance, music and art forms. Students learn in the studio as well as on the stage. Learning to dance is a fun and creative way to promote well being and cultural awareness.
